more Street Fighter stuff again, sorry -.-
when my cousins visited, we spent the week playing Street Fighter IV and watching Avatar: LoK, so things got mashed up in my head and... voila.
It was tough trying to choose who is what kind of bender. Well, tbh Ken was easy. And the rest was lots of self-arguing and reasoning. I thought of including Cammy (fire?), Chun-Li (water?), Guile (air--sonic boom!) and Abel (earth) in but four in a piece are already too much for me!
Also, Gouki/Akuma is totally a water/blood-bender. It makes sense, right?
Sakura, Ken, Ryu, Makoto and Street Fighters belong to Capcom. Avatar, bending, etc were created by Michael Dante DiMartino and Ryu Bryan Konietzko.

I could see Sakura - the Ryu fangirl - being a water bender, with Ibuki being Air.
Of course, if you really want to scare the crap out of this verse, you make M.Bison/Vega the Avatar (with Vega/Balrog as Air and Balrog/M.Bison as ...maybe Earth? Plus that leaves an element each free for Juni & Juli...)
While I'm overthinking this... there's an SF character called Area who uses technology to fight. In an SF/Avatar mash-up, I can see her creating tech to imitate bending...
